Stress Management – a short seminar for parents, children and adolescents.

This program sheds light on the parameters of stress and teaches individuals strategies and coping mechanisms to deal with and manage stress on a daily level. Also incorporates teaching and promoting positive mental health, better time-management, overcoming procrastination and improving self-care strategies in order to achieve long-term happiness.
